Lowrance® Pro Angler Ron Nelson Wins Back-to-Back FLW Angler of the Year and Rookie of the Year Titles

Nelson was the 2019 FLW Polaris Rookie of the Year.

Tulsa, Okla. – Lowrance®, a world-leader in fishing electronics since 1957, is pleased to announce Lowrance Pro Ron Nelson clinched the 2020 Fishing League Worldwide (FLW) Angler of the Year (AOY) Title at the Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit Super Tournament at Lake Erie, August 11-14, 2020. It is the second consecutive year the Berrien Springs, Michigan native has won a major award on the FLW Tour. Nelson was the 2019 FLW Polaris Rookie of the Year.

Nelson, who finished the season with 1,138 points to win the AOY Award, has three career Toyota FLW Series wins and placed in the Top 10 twice during the 2020 season.
