SEASONAL VOLUME NOTICE
Our phone and email volumes are extremely high during March thru August.
During these months, please expect longer than normal hold times for phone support. Please consider calling during the middle of the week as Mondays are our busiest days and result in the longest hold times. Also, please take advantage of the convenient call-back feature on our phone system that will set up a call back to you; you do not have to sit on hold, and the call is generally returned within 1-hour.
Email responses may take longer than normal. Responses during these months are usually provided in two to three days.
