SEASONAL VOLUME NOTICE
Our phone and email volumes are extremely high during March through August.
During these months, please expect longer than normal hold times for phone support and email responses. Please consider calling during the middle of the week as Mondays are our busiest days and result in the longest hold times. Also, please take advantage of the convenient call-back feature on our phone system that will set up a call back to you; you do not lose your place in queue, you do not have to wait on hold and you will be called back as soon as it’s your turn!
