Delivery & returns

Shipping:

Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Status:

You will be able to confirm your order before submitting. After you submit your order you will receive an email notification. If any of the items are unable to ship, you will be notified by our Customer Satisfaction Representative (CSR) team regarding how to proceed.  To check the status of your order, log into your account on the site, go to Order History and click on the specific order.  

Returns:

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you may return it in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Please send an email to orders-b2c@navico.com along with your original order number, the item(s)/quantities, serial number (if applicable) you wish to return and a Customer Satisfaction Representative (CSR) will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  You will also be provided with a PDF containing an address label that you can use to send your unit back to Lowrance.  Note that shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.  You may also call our CSR Team at 855-894-7195 to request a RMA number.  As a policy we aim to refund/credit your account within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of your product to our returns address.
