Lowrance® Military Free Gift with Purchase Offer

THIS LIMITED-TIME PROMOTION IS CONDUCTED WHILE SUPPLIES LAST, ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS, WITH PROOF OF QUALIFICATION. THIS PROMOTION IS NEITHER A GAME OF CHANCE NOR A GAME OF SKILL. PURCHASE OF A QUALIFYING PRODUCT AT A PARTICIPATING STORE IS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE GIFT. THIS OFFER IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Overview

Navico Group, a division of Brunswick Corporation, (“Sponsor”) is offering a limited-time free gift promotion to eligible former and current members of the U.S. military who purchase a qualifying Lowrance product at participating retailers. This promotion is first-come, first-served, while supplies last, and is void where prohibited by law. Purchase is required. This offer is not a game of chance or skill.

2. Eligibility

Offer open only to purchasers of qualifying products who are former or current members of the United States military and who provide valid proof of eligibility, as determined by Sponsor. Dealers, distributors, resellers, and employees of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible. This promotion is valid only for qualifying purchases made at participating retail stores located within the United States and the District of Columbia. Purchases made outside of the United States, including purchases from non‑U.S. retailers, international websites, or for delivery to non‑U.S. addresses, are not eligible for this promotion.

3. Promotion Period

Eligible purchases must be made between May 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), as evidenced by a valid sales receipt, invoice, or packing slip.

4. Qualifying Purchase and Free Gift

Each eligible purchaser who buys a qualifying product during the Promotion Period may receive one (1) Lowrance® branded hat (the “Free Gift”), subject to availability and approval. Limit one (1) Free Gift per person, per household, per address, and per order during the Promotion Period.

Multiple products purchased in a single order do not entitle the purchaser to additional Free Gifts. The Free Gift has no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit. Receipt of a Free Gift is not guaranteed and depends on available inventory.Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Free Gift with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Claim Submission and Fulfillment

To receive the Free Gift, eligible purchasers must submit a valid claim in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions by June 14, 2026. Claims received after this date will not be honored. Allow up to three (3) weeks for claim processing after submission. Approved Free Gifts are expected to ship within 6–8 weeks after claim approval.

6. Shipping Restrictions

The Free Gift will be shipped only to the billing address associated with the qualifying purchase. The use of P.O. boxes, third-party freight forwarders, fictitious identities, or multiple addresses to obtain additional Free Gifts is prohibited and may void the claim. Sponsor reserves the right to deny any claim it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, incomplete, altered, or noncompliant with these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Free Gift is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

By participating, you release and hold harmless Navico Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to this promotion or the Free Gift.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Illinois, and participants waive the right to a jury trial or class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Information submitted in connection with this promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.brunswick.com/privacy-policy.

10. Miscellaneous

This offer may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time in its sole discretion. All decisions by Sponsor regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final and binding.
