Delivery & Returns

Shipping:

Use our free standard shipping method to ship to your PO Box. Expedited shipping is unavailable for PO Box delivery. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please note that all estimated ship to dates are calculated based on working business days.

 

Order Status:

You will be able to confirm your order before submitting. After you submit your order you will receive an email notification. If any of the items are unable to ship, you will be notified by a member of our team regarding how to proceed. To check the status of your order, log into your account on the site, go to Order History and click on the specific order.  

 

Returns:

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you may return it in new and unused condition within 60 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Please send an email to orders-b2c@navico.com along with your original order number, the item(s)/quantities, serial number (if applicable) you wish to return and a member of our team will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will also be provided with a PDF containing an address label that you can use to send your unit back to Lowrance. Note that shipping fees for returns are your responsibility. As a policy we aim to refund/credit your account within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of your product to our returns address. C-MAP card in unit bundles cannot be exchanged for a different mapping card.
