NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By entering, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these official Terms and Conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Eligibility
The "Twelve Days of Christmas" giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Navico, Inc. or Navico Group Americas LLC are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes will begin on December 11, 2024 at the time it is announced on Lowrance Fishing Instagram and end on December 23, 2024 at 11:59 PM (EST) (the “Promotion Period”). At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, twelve (12) winners will be randomly selected. Winners will be notified beginning December 26, 2024.
How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:
- Follow Lowrance's official Instagram page.
- Like the Sweepstakes post.
- Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Sweepstakes post.
Tagging multiple people or posting multiple comments will not increase the number of entries. Each participant will receive one (1) entry for the Sweepstakes.
No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. To enter without liking and subscribing to our Instagram page, send an email to amanda.hathcoat@navicogroup.com with the subject line “Lowrance Twelve Days of Christmas Entry.” In your email, please include your full name, email address, and date of birth. Each email submission counts as one (1) entry. Entries via email must be received by December 23, 2024 at 11:59 PM (EST) to be eligible. Only one email entry per person is allowed. All entries, regardless of the method of entry, will be subject to the official rules of the promotion.
Random Selection of Winners
A total of twelve (12) winners will be selected randomly after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Lowrance will export all valid comments collected during the Promotional Period and a random number generator will be used to select twelve (12) winners from the pool of eligible entries. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment
Winners will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram beginning December 26, 2024. Each winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Lowrance will work directly with each winner to coordinate fulfillment of their prize.
Prize
The specific prize winner will receive is one (1) of twelve (12) special edition Lowrance Beanies valued at $40 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other alternatives, except at the sole discretion of Lowrance. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other fees, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
General Conditions
Lowrance reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Lowrance’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Lowrance in its sole discretion. Lowrance also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Lowrance, Instagram, and their dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, wholesalers, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (“Releasees”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
Releasees are not responsible for, and each entrant releases and holds harmless the Releasees from and against, any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, liabilities, or claims of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with a prize or any portion thereof or this Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees will not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printed or other related material related of this Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection of entrants, in the announcement of the prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for the prize, any entries or entrants disqualified for any of the reasons stated in these terms and conditions, or any loss, damage or claims caused by, or in any way related to the prize or the Sweepstakes itself.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO BAN OR DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON FROM THIS AND FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES.
Privacy
Entrants agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and/or email address will be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering this promotion. This data may be transferred into or out of the United States. Further, this data may also be used by Lowrance to verify an entrant’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event an entrant qualifies for any applicable prize as well as to deliver the applicable prize.
Upon signing up to receive our marketing communication, your data will be shared and processed across Navico Entities as further detailed under our privacy notice. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you would like to unsubscribe from an email sent to you, follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link placed at the bottom of the email.
