Navico Introduces Advantage Service Program
Marine Electronics Leader Announces Best-in-Class Service Program for Dealers and Consumers Worldwide
Lowrance customers are set to benefit from a new customer support program, which is to be introduced in the New Year (2012).
Navico Asia Pacific chief operating officer John Scott said the Lowrance program provided dealers with powerful resources to address their customers’ needs and, for consumers, would ensure any product issues were quickly resolved.
"In the last three years, Lowrance has aggressively launched new products that lead the global marine electronics industry through innovation," Mr Scott said.
"To match this commitment, we have dramatically improved our response-rates for inbound consumer enquires."
"Now, through Advantage Service we take another significant step forward with user-friendly, resourceful tools and comprehensive policies that provide best-in-class support to meet and exceed both dealer and consumer satisfaction."
The 5-Year Advantage facilitates fast and flexible service and enhances the overall warranty experience for Lowrance customers. In the unlikely event of failure within the first five years, the program guarantees that consumers have the option to upgrade to the latest model technology at an attractive discount. Variable discounts apply – including no-charge options for in-warranty products.
