Lowrance Announces Partnership With Legend Boats

Electronics Leader Signs Agreement With Custom Bass Boat Manufacturer


Tulsa, Okla. – Lowrance, a world-leading brand in marine electronics since 1957 and GPS navigational systems since 1992 — announced today that it has signed a three-year agreement to supply electronics for installation on new Legend high-performance fiberglass bass boats. All new Legend boats will come standard with Lowrance electronics. Individuals will have the option of selecting Mark-5x Pro or Elite-5 fishfinder models as well as HDS® Gen2 displays with StructureScan® HD sonar imaging featuring SideScan and DownScan Imaging™ picture-like views of underwater structure. Consumers will also have the choice to add Lowrance’s best-in-class marine-electronics gear such as SonicHub® marine audio server for integrated access to music stored on an Apple iPod or iPhone, and LWX-1 Sirius® satellite weather/radio receiver.
