In the unlikely event your product fails, the 5-Year Advantage supports you for a full five years from the date of purchase. The program features a unique Trade-Up option, where you can upgrade to current technology products at a discounted price. Proof of purchase is required.
Consumers must contact Customer Technical Service for an RMA.

If a product tests faulty:
The consumer can contact Technical Support or their dealer for replacement and upgrade options. Pricing varies depending on whether the faulty unit is in or out of warranty.

Consumer will need to pay for the bench test and the product will be returned.

System Builder Advantage is a unique tool to build a customized onboard system – your dealer can create and order your Lowrance system right before your eyes!
Effective June 1, the System Builder Advantage offers you a fast and effective way to determine your personal marine electronic needs. Your dealer will take you through the simple program and help you determine the best system for your boat - right down to the Ethernet cables.
Allowing for local currencies, freight and duty, the System Builder also provides detailed installation quotes. Estimates and drawings can also be generated to give you a real sense of your new system.

Certified Dealers within the Advantage Program have the highest levels of product knowledge, installation ability and technical proficiency, allowing you to be safe in the knowledge that your new Lowrance products are ready for action whenever you are.
Designated as a Lowrance marine electronics authority, all Certified Dealers complete extensive training. A global network of Certified Dealers is waiting to help you make the most of your new Lowrance system. Certified Dealers have exclusive access to the online Vessel Portal, which provides them with your products’ service history, so that you get what you need, when you need it.

OnBoard Advantage can be purchased as an additional coverage option, providing you with warranty service by a Certified Dealer onboard your boat for the first 2 years.
Effective June 1, Lowrance systems under warranty and valued over $2,500 USD qualify for OnBoard Advantage when they have been installed or certified by a Certified Dealer, or Navico-authorized factory. Select limits apply to labor and travel related costs as detailed by the program guidelines.

24 Swap Advantage ensures that if a qualifying product is identified as defective, you have the option to be shipped a replacement product within one business day, for an expedited service fee.
